Social Responsibility
The Connection between Company and Individual
Shared Well-Being
Every day, Scart Group renews its attention to the individuals involved in its activities. Employees, collaborators, local communities, clients and end consumers constitute the people exposed to the benefits that our activities can generate.
Shared well-being is the pivot around which Scart Group’s concept of social responsibility revolves, as, by definition, the value of a company arises from interaction.
Scart Group’s social responsibility translates into a strong focus on the dynamics between employees, customers and suppliers, under the logic that each individual shapes society and, conversely, society defines possibilities and constraints for the individual, influencing their choices.
Respect, Trust, Loyalty
Scart Group’s People, Our Value
In line with ethical principles and corporate values, Scart Group has adopted a policy of enhancing its employees, recognizing their added value to the growth and success of the company.
We promote the attitudes and potentials of the staff in carrying out their skills, so that the capabilities and legitimate aspirations of individuals find full realization within the scope of achieving both company and personal goals.
We protect dignity and integrity. We have included in the company's ethical code internal and external conduct rules that prohibit any discriminatory behavior and/or harassment towards employees, suppliers, customers, collaborators or other third parties.
We offer equal job opportunities. We conduct recruitment processes in accordance with the ethical code, current regulations and GDPR regulations, without any discrimination based on cultural or religious orientations.
Our Team
Scart Group is committed to building a lasting collaborative relationship with its employees, fostering stability and alignment in the group’s long-term projects. We prioritize permanent contracts, which we find most effective in stabilizing the workforce and enabling employees to develop skills and contribute to building and maintaining the company’s identity over time.
At Scart Group, there is no gender bias. Men represent the majority of employees, a situation that reflects the typical operations of the industrial packaging industry. We firmly believe in equal opportunities, and many initiatives have been undertaken in order to reduce gender disparities in the coming years and offer all our employees the same opportunities for success.
Training
A fundamental lever for the development and enhancement of both the company and the individual, Scart Group firmly believes in the training of its employees and collaborators.
Newly hired employees receive information on safety and environmental matters, as well as on the current emergency procedures.
In 2023, a total of 867 training hours were delivered, distributed as follows:
